Initial Assessment

Service Description

Conducted in whatever setting we agree is most appropriate and comfortable for you, often the home. I will conduct an initial interview whereby I seek to understand the challenges you are currently facing and the barriers to achieving your goals. This is also an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand who you are and what drives you. If appropriate I will also assess your function and neurological impairments and may conduct standardised assessments in addition.
